TraxbeanPlus Privacy Policy

Note: TraxbeanPlus is a companion management app for GPS smartwatches. This app does not actively collect phone location data. All location data is collected by the GPS smartwatch hardware device bound by the user and uploaded to the server via mobile network.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to provide our services:

  • Account Information: Username and password (encrypted storage) for login authentication
  • Device Location Data: Collected and uploaded by your bound GPS smartwatch hardware device via mobile network, including real-time location, historical tracks, and geofence status
  • Health Data: Heart rate, step count, etc. (depending on watch model, collected and uploaded by watch hardware)
  • Device Information: Watch device ID, online status, battery level, etc.
  • Log Data: Error logs during app usage for troubleshooting

2.1 Device Information and System APIs

To ensure normal app operation and account security, system APIs may access your device information in the following scenarios. This app does not actively scan or collect this information; it relies solely on basic capabilities provided by the system:

  • Device Serial Number / Android ID / IMEI: The system may provide a unique device identifier during app startup or network communication, used for device identification, account security verification, and abnormal login detection
  • Device MAC Address: The system may obtain the network interface MAC address when establishing network connections, used for network status diagnostics. This app does not actively read MAC addresses
  • Installed Applications List: When you use the share function or click external links, the system may query the list of installed apps on the device to determine available share targets or link opening methods. This app does not actively scan the installed app list
  • Clipboard Information: We only read clipboard content when you actively long-press an input field and select “Paste”. This app does not automatically read or upload clipboard information
  • Device Hardware Information: The system may provide device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and other basic information for compatibility adaptation and troubleshooting

3. Data Source Explanation

This application is a companion management tool for GPS smartwatches. The source and collection methods of core data (location, health data) are as follows:

  • Data Source: GPS smartwatch hardware device
  • Collection Method: Real-time collection by the watch’s built-in GPS module and sensors
  • Transmission Method: Encrypted transmission to the cloud server via the watch’s mobile network (4G/5G)
  • App Role: This app only serves as a remote viewing and management terminal, fetching data from the server for display

4. Purpose of Information Use

We use your information only for the following purposes:

  • Providing core functions such as real-time location viewing, historical track playback, and geofence alerts
  • Processing safety alerts such as SOS emergency calls
  • Ensuring account and device security
  • Troubleshooting and fixing app issues

9. Children’s Privacy Protection

This application is primarily intended for adult use. If you use this service as a guardian for a child under the age of 14:
